Gluten-Free Cinnamon-Raisin Bread
This tasty gluten-free bread tastes similar to an oatmeal raisin cookie!

Directions:
1.  Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit.  Line a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan using some parchment paper.
2.  In a mixing bowl, mash your banana, then add the vanilla, applesauce, and half a cup of water and mix well.
3.  In another mixing bowl, combine your sugar, oats, cinnamon, and baking powder.  Mix well.
4.  A your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients, then mix until well combined.
5.  Fold in your raisins.
6.  Transfer your bread batter to the prepared loaf pan.
7.  Bake, the bread for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
8.  Remove the loaf of bread from your oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.  Serve and enjoy!
Try Something Different:   Try replacing the raisins with 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips to make a chocolate version of this bread!
