My daughters sometimes call this “five-finger” guacamole to remember that it is made with only five ingredients. It’s so simple and so tasty!

3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Tortilla chips
In a small bowl, mash avocados with a fork. Stir in onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Serve with chips.
