Select sauté on the Instant Pot® and adjust to normal. Add butter to pot. When melted, add onion. Cook onion, stirring constantly until softened for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add wild rice and brown rice; cook and stir for 4 to 5 minutes or until rice toasts. Press cancel. Add broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Secure the lid on the pot. Close the pressure-release valve.
COOK
Select manual and cook at high pressure for 25 minutes. When cooking is complete, use a natural release to depressurize.
SERVE
Add pecans, blueberries, and parsley; toss well. Serve immediately.
