Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter

Swap out the chives and flat-leaf parsley with different herbs if you like. Any soft-leaf herb such as basil, oregano, marjoram, tarragon, or dill will do.

PREP

Place the trivet in the Instant Pot®. Add the water to the pot and place corn on the trivet. Secure the lid on the pot. Close the pressure-release valve.

COOK

Select steam and adjust to less. When cooking is complete, use a quick release to depressurize.

SERVE

While corn is steaming, for herb butter, combine butter, chives, parsley, salt, and cayenne; mix well. Serve corn with herb butter.
