Roasted Bananas with Cinnamon

The warmth of the oven brings out the natural sweetness of bananas, and the kitchen will be filled with the aroma of cinnamon. Freeze leftovers and blend with milk for an amazingly delicious smoothie.

1 medium banana

18 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400°F. Leaving the peel on, split the banana lengthwise and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until warm. Scoop out, mash to desired consistency, and serve.
