Spoonable Smoothie

Infants can’t really handle using a straw, but this thick and creamy smoothie can be enjoyed by the tiny spoonful. Make this with any type of fruit; infants love mango, banana, and peaches.

1 cup frozen fruit (bananas, berries, peaches, pineapple)

1 cup boxed coconut milk

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
