Sew the Tiles Together
1. Arrange the pieces A and B in 4 rows of 4 each, placing piece B third from the left in the second row.
2. Sew the pieces in each row together. Then sew the rows together to create a 16-patch formation. figure a

1. Sew pieces C to the top and bottom of the block.
2. Sew pieces D to the left and right sides of the block. figure b
