Mulberry Mud

Mud, mud, glorious mud, there’s nothing quite like it for cooling the blood. I can’t actually say for sure that this candy will cool your blood, but it will do something to your body that could make you dance around the kitchen in a pleasant sort of muddy mulberry madness.

1 ¼ cups (150 g) cacao butter

2 cups (200 g) mulberries

1 cup (100 g) mesquite powder

1 tsp Etherium Red

1 Tbsp suma

Start off by melting the cacao butter. Blend the mulberries to a mash in the blender. Add the melted butter in and blend again to a liquid. Add the mesquite, Etherium Red, and suma in and blend one more time until you have a smooth cream. Pour into a medium-sized tray and leave to set in the fridge for three hours. When it’s ready, turn it out and cut into cubes, five across by four down, 20 all together. Will keep stored in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
