MUSIC TO BAKE TO

After working in coffee shops for so many years, I got accustomed to baking with background music. I have to admit I was a little obsessive about what music was played when I worked; I always felt it was important to create an atmosphere that was relaxing and engaging to both the customer and the employees, and spent way too many hours creating mix tapes, and then CDs, and then playlists, to play at the shop. While we did listen to all kinds of music and genres, I found myself always coming back to these albums. They have been played so many times in my shops and in my own home, even my kids sing along now.
