After the clarification process is over, winemakers can immediately bottle the wine or give it additional time to age. Aging can occur in various places—bottles, barrels, tanks. There’s great freedom in aging, as winemakers can choose whichever method they prefer.
Regardless of how a wine ages, and for how long, the end result is the same. Wine, like life, is meant to be enjoyed.
