SHREDDED PORK WITH ONION RINGS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First apply the salt and pepper onto the pork.
  2. Then sprinkle the oil into a pot and set it over high heat.
  3. Brown the pork for about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Then transfer into a plate.
  5. Then lower the heat and cook the white onions for 4 minutes.
  6. Add the garlic and bay leaves into it and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Put down the pork back into the pot.
  8. Muddle the lime juice, orange juice, and half of the vinegar.
  9. Simmer (boil) it for 1 hour.
  10. Remove the pork and shred (pieces) using two forks.
  11. Mingle the onion rings with the remaining vinegar and oregano.
  12. Then dish up the shredded pork with the onion rings.
