COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350* F.
  2. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Then mix the coconut flakes and oats in a bowl.
  4. And transfer to a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, pecans and dried fruits.
  8. Mix it in the apple sauce.
  9. And blend it well.
  10. Then spread into an even layer on a baking pan.
  11. And bake for 30 minutes.
