INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dried fruits, chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup oat flour
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350* F.
- Line baking pan with parchment paper.
- Then mix the coconut flakes and oats in a bowl.
- And transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, pecans and dried fruits.
- Mix it in the apple sauce.
- And blend it well.
- Then spread into an even layer on a baking pan.
- And bake for 30 minutes.
- Make slices of 12 bars.
