8 Great Burgers

Makes 8 servings

1 lb. ground beef

1 lb. ground pork sausage

2 T. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 t. pepper

8 hamburger buns, split

Garnish: lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced onion

Combine beef, pork, sauce, cheese and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well; form into 8 patties. Grill burgers to desired doneness, about 5 to 6 minutes per side. Serve on buns with favorite toppings.
