Thank you to my doting parents who encouraged my love of history and enrolled me in all the jazz and musical theater classes I could’ve ever wanted—they greatly inspired my love for the 1920s. While I can’t begin to describe the fun of weaving paranormal mythology into a decade of such wild cultural and social dynamism, I will say that I felt quite zozzled by the end of it.
