STIR-FRY VARIATIONS
Once you’ve learned a stir-fry recipe, you can vary it with many different cuts of meat and lots of vegetables. Just be sure that the veggies are cut to about the same size so they cook in the same amount of time. And experiment with different bottled stir-fry sauces you’ll find in the Asian aisle of your supermarket.
