1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

SWEETNESS IN CHOCOLATE
Chocolate has many levels of sweetness. Milk, semisweet, bitter, and unsweetened are just a few. The recipe here can be made with any kind of chocolate, but semisweet is recommended because the milk is so sweet. Americans tend to like milk chocolate, while Europeans prefer more bitter chocolates. Experiment and see which type you like the best.
