INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
3/4 pound kielbasa, sliced into 4"-long pieces about 1/4" thick
4 slices rye bread with seeds
1 cup hot sauerkraut
3 tablespoons Polish-style mustard
1. In a small skillet over medium heat, sauté the kielbasa 1 minute per side.
2. Remove from pan and place the cooked kielbasa on 2 slices of the bread and top it with the sauerkraut, mustard, and remaining bread. Serve with plenty of cold beer and pickles.
