SOUR CREAM PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2


1 cup sour cream

2 large eggs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

Butter, as needed

1. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the butter and let rest 10 minutes.

2. Lightly coat a medium nonstick pan with the butter. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan and cook over medium heat about 1 minute or until the surface is peppered with small bubbles. Flip very gently and cook about 1 more minute until nicely browned. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot.
