Arguing can make anyone tense even if your guy’s fighting style is reasonable. Experts suggest one of the best ways to relieve stress and tension is with Progressive Muscle Relaxation or PMR. Here’s how to do it:

• Lie down or sit comfortably in a chair.

• Begin by tensing all the muscles in your face, including your jaw and eyes. Hold it tight for the count of ten while inhaling.

• Exhale and release.

• Next, move on down your body from your neck muscles, arms, torso, groin, legs, to your feet. With each muscle group, tense, inhale, then exhale, and release.
