LUNCH AND SUPPER | 午饭和晚饭

Unlike Western meals, there aren’t different courses in Chinese meals. If people are able to go home for lunch, they will cook a few simple dishes; if they have to stay at work, they will have a set meal - 盒饭 (hé fàn) - sold from street stalls or delivered to the office. Dinner is very important so there will normally be quite a few nutritious and delicious cooked dishes.
