31. Stuffed Chili Tuna in Tomato Revenge

Tuna is very delicate meat that has to be presented in a very exquisite manner. This chili tuna recipe will remind you of Queen Anne’s revenge. Now, this is not any form of revenge but the name of a ship. A very elegant fast ship that is loved by all pirates.
Ingredients

2 tomatoes

1/4 cup egg mayonnaise

Salt to taste

1/4 tablespoon dill

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/8 tablespoon black pepper

2 cups drained and shredded tuna

1 chopped celery ribs

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cashew nuts

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cut the top of the tomatoes and remove its seeds. Set it aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, salt, black pepper, paprika, chili powder, mayonnaise, dill, cashew nuts, and ribs. Combine it well.
4. Stuff it into the tomatoes. Top it with parmesan cheese.
5. Bake the tomatoes for 5 minutes approximately or till the cheese is melted.
6. Serve it hot with some rice on the side.
