Store-bought pizza dough is a secret weapon for way more than pizza! Rather than stirring a dough together, make toothsome, satisfying dumplings by setting lumps of that dough right on top of a stew. For these recipes, use only fresh pizza dough, not canned (and of course not the prebaked crusts you find at the supermarket).
You can buy raw fresh dough in the refrigerator case of many large supermarkets (often in the dairy or shredded cheese section) and at many pizza parlors (although not necessarily at the big chains).
