AS MUCH AS I HATE IT, credit has to be given to the Covid-19 pandemic for creating a conducive environment for me to sit down and concentrate on writing this book. I had an initial draft full of awkward chapters that I started sometime in 2019, but the majority of what you see today—especially how it eventually shaped up—comes from the full rewrite I did during the MCO from March to April 2020.
On the other hand, all delays to the actual publication of the book are also credited to Covid-19, due to the difficult years that have been 2020 and 2021. A special shoutout to Yuin-Y, Hamizah, and Jaymee who have been listening to me gripe about all the editing delays and timeline breakdowns that have plagued this book.
