1. Jesus at first listens in total silence to her pitiful cries concerning her daughter.
2. He then gently reminds her that his miracle ministry is primarily for Israel.
3. She points out, however, that even the little dogs eat of the children's crumbs that fall from their master's table.
4. He is thrilled at her faith and heals her daughter.
