The Kampfgruppe Jungwirth is able effectively to block thecorridor for the third time at Koevering between 24—26 September. Although the vanguard of43 Division has reached the Poles at Driel, it is already too late. First British Airborne Divisionwere ordered to exfiltrate across the lower Rhine during the night of25-26 September.
