GINGER AIOLI

image MAKES ½ CUP

¼ cup Plant-Based Mayo (here) or store-bought, such as Just Mayo

3 tablespoons minced pickled ginger (pink or white)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

½ teaspoon sea salt

Black pepper

Mix everything together in a small bowl. It will keep refrigerated for 4 days.
