LOADED BAKED POTATO BAR

A classic baked potato is one of the easiest, most satisfying dishes out there. For a potato bar, make a bunch and set them out with the toppings and options below.

Russet potatoes, scrubbed, pricked with a fork, and baked naked at 375ºF for 1 hour

Field Roast Italian or Mexican chipotle sausage, broken up and pan-seared in a little oil

TO MAKE THE SAUSAGE BITS EXTRA-CRISPY, SEAR IN AN OVEN-SAFE PAN, THEN BAKE WITH THE POTATO FOR 20 MINUTES.

Steamed or roasted broccoli florets

Wicked Healthy Cheese Sauce (here)

Sliced green onion
