WICKED HEALTHY JUICES

Anytime your body needs a shot of healthy goodness, make some fresh juice. To make any of the juices here, first rinse all your ingredients and then cut them to fit your juicer. Juice it all up and toss it back while the juice is fresh. If you don’t have a juicer, as a last resort, you could use a blender instead. But keep in mind that the blender’s friction and heat may destroy some of the nutrients, and the resulting juice will be pulpier—more like a thin smoothie than juice. In that case, strain out the pulp for a thinner juice.
