Here’s a sexy drink to serve in a classy champagne flute. Just a hint of lavender gives it a soothing aroma while the bubbles tickle your nose. —DARREN
½ ounce Lavender Vodka
¼ ounce grapefruit juice
⅛ ounce Lavender Syrup
4 ounces Prosecco
Pour the infused vodka, grapefruit juice, and lavender syrup in a flute (champagne) glass. Top with Prosecco.
12 ounces vodka
1 sprig lavender flowers (½ tablespoon)
1 grapefruit swath
Seal in a Mason jar for 12 to 24 hours.
MIX WITH BUBBLY WATER FOR A LAVENDER SODA!
1 cup water
1 cup organic cane sugar
4 sprigs lavender flowers (2 tablespoons)
Simmer in a saucepot until the syrup thickens (8 to 10 minutes), then strain and cool.
