Servings: 6

Ingredients

2 bags fresh cranberries

½ cup water

1 cup fresh orange juice

2 cups natural cane sugar

1 cup fresh orange segments

1 cup Aunt Sheri’s and Uncle Steve’s Spiced Pecans (optional)

  1. Bring orange juice, water and cane sugar to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and add the two bags of cranberries. Slowly simmer, stirring occasionally, until the berries pop and the mixture thickens—about 10–12 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, allow to cool and fold in the orange segments.
  4. Cover and chill at least two hours before serving.
