Crises and Issues

Tracking and managing issues, preparing for, dealing with, and preventing crises: these are all in a day’s work for managers in any industry today, including health care. Frequently, however, many managers fail to recognize the strategic value of full consideration of communication in such situations and how their own communication skills and style could affect the outcomes – for better or for worse.

In this final level, we will examine communication in crisis and issue situations, and take a look at the future of strategic communication for healthcare managers.
