Broccoli & Parsley Revitalizing Juice

After a weekday workout or some strenuous exercise, this vitamin- and mineral-loaded juice is guaranteed to revitalize your body quickly. It’s also fat-free and free of processed sugars, making it a great alternative to carbonated energy beverages.

1½ cups broccoli florets

½ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley

½ fennel bulb

2 apples, halved

chilled water, to taste, optional

small handful of ice, optional

1. Feed the broccoli and parsley through the juicer, followed by the fennel and apples.

2. Top up the juice with chilled water to taste, if desired.

3. Fill a glass halfway with ice, if using, then pour in the juice. Serve the juice immediately.
