11/2 cups canned organic pumpkināpure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Pumpkins are another enzyme-packed food with skin-saving vitamins such as vitamins A, C and E. Used once or twice a week, this mask will remove dead skin cells while reducing fine lines and discoloration.
Stir ingredients together in a bowl and apply to clean skin. Let sit for 10 minutes. Wipe away any excess mask with a washcloth. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
