2 bags mint tea
1 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon, strained
1 teaspoon vegetable glycerine
10 drops tea tree essential oil
10 drops peppermint essential oil
Whether it’s a hot day, you’re feeling flustered or your skin is inflamed and irritated, nothing feels better than cooling it down with a mint-infused spray. Keep this recipe in a spray bottle in the fridge, and spritz it on whenever you need to cool down!
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan, and remove from heat. Add tea bags and let steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove bags and let cool. Once tea has cooled, add juice, glycerine, tea tree oil and peppermint oil. Stir thoroughly, and transfer to spray bottle using a small funnel. Shake before use.
