Honey Hair Smoothie

2 tablespoons honey

1 cup plain yogurt

1 teaspoon unrefined virgin coconut oil

Hydration is important, but too much of a good thing can weigh down hair and make it look stringy and oily. This hair smoothie gives your hair the hydration it needs and locks in moisture long term while ensuring that your hair maintains bounce and body.

Place ingredients in a blender, and blend on low until combined. To use, apply mixture to dry hair, and let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, shampoo and follow with conditioner.
