De-Frizzing Hair Rinse

3 cups distilled water

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 teaspoon jojoba oil

Honey acts as a humectant, which draws moisture into skin and hair. Properly hydrated hair is de-frizzed hair. This rinse cuts frizz without weighing down your hair!

Warm water in a medium saucepan set over low to medium heat, and stir in honey and jojoba oil until honey has dissolved. Remove from heat, allow to cool and transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Pour through hair after shampooing, and let sit for 5 minutes before rinsing. Follow with conditioner, if desired.

Detoxifying Recipes

Styling products, conditioners and the environment can create buildup, causing hair to look dull and unhealthy. Most of us are focused on constantly hydrating the hair, but detoxifying and reducing buildup is just as important—if there is too much buildup on the hair, conditioning ingredients have no way of reaching your hair and scalp! Find the recipes that work for you, and use them twice a month!
