Soothing Lavender-Eucalyptus Massage Oil

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons castor oil

15 drops lavender essential oil

10 drops eucalyptus essential oil

I love giving, and especially receiving, massages, and when you’re really serious about performing some relaxing touch, a normal lotion simply won’t do. This oil gives great slip—but not too much, so that you still have control over your movements, rather than sliding all over the place. Lavender and eucalyptus are my favorite scents for massage oil; lavender makes me feel very relaxed while eucalyptus soothes sore muscles and joints. That said, you can experiment with your favorite essential oils to come up with your own custom-blended massage oil!

Combine all ingredients in a bottle, and shake gently to combine. Use on clean, dry skin. Rinse if desired (though not necessary).

Shake before each use, and store in a cool, dry place.
