Soothing Oatmeal Bath

1 clean sock or coffee filter

1 rubber band

3/4 cup plain rolled oats

2 tablespoons unrefined virgin coconut oil

This soak is perfect for anyone who suffers from psoriasis or eczema, or for anyone whose skin is feeling itchy, irritated, dry or tight. It’s a fast, easy and effective fix!

Pour oatmeal into sock or coffee filter and close off with a rubber band. Put “sachet” into the bathtub and run yourself a hot bath. Once your bath has been drawn, stir in coconut oil. Soak in soothing oatmeal bath for at least 15 minutes.
