Detoxifying Rosemary Foot Soak
3/4 cup Epsom salt
1/4 cup sea salt
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup dried rosemary leaves
20 drops essential oil of your choice (I prefer lavender)
If your feet are tired and you’re feeling sluggish, this recipe is for you. Epsom salt and rosemary leaves soothe sore muscles, while baking soda provides a detoxifying cleanse. This soak makes an incredible gift and is perfect for friends and family members who are on their feet for most of the day! This recipe makes 1 “serving,” but you can mix up a larger batch for a gift or for your own personal storage.
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine. Pour water as hot as your feet can stand into a large bowl or basin and stir in salt mixture. Allow feet to soak for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, and cleanse.
