Anti-Cellulite Ginger Scrub

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons unrefined virgin coconut oil

2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

Juice of 1 lemon

I won’t lie and tell you that a scrub alone can get rid of your cellulite, but with a little manual motivation and some exercise, you can certainly reduce the appearance of unwanted bumps. This invigorating scrub increases blood flow to areas with cellulite, which in turn helps the body smooth things out.

Combine sugar and coconut oil in a bowl until sugar is completely coated. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. On dry skin, massage vigorously and with circular motions onto areas of concern for about 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, and cleanse.
