Pampering Recipes

The pampering recipes for the body are the most decadent of them all; from soaks, baths, scrubs and treatments, you’re sure to feel super luxurious. On the other hand, some of these recipes are for pampering your ailments—razor burn, sunburn and insect bites. No matter what your ailment, if you treat it naturally, you’re sure to recover in no time!

Chamomile-Mint Bath Soak

6 bags chamomile tea or 6 tablespoons loose chamomile tea

1/4 cup mint leaves, de-stemmed

1 clean sock or coffee filter

1 rubber band

Sometimes you just need to unwind, and one of the best natural resources for relaxation is chamomile. Combine that with cooling mint and you’ll be chilled out in no time! This recipe gives you a relaxing bath sachet and, when packaged beautifully (hint: I wouldn’t use the sock), makes a great gift.

If using tea bags, cut bags open and pour the contents into sock or coffee filter. Add mint leaves, and secure “sachet” with rubber band. Toss in the tub and run a hot bath. Soak for at least 15 minutes.
