Body Powder

1 cup arrowroot powder or cornstarch

20 drops essential oil of your choice (blend up to 3 different oils)

A lot of people don’t think to use body powders, but they can work wonders during summer’s stickier months. I love applying a body powder on areas where I tend to sweat more, and it keeps me super comfortable and smelling great!

Slowly drip essential oil into cornstarch while stirring continuously, until there are no clumps. Store in a shaker jar (like the ones intended for Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes). Apply to clean, dry skin after showering.
