Wrist Flexor Stretch
• Sit comfortably in a straight-backed chair.
• Interlace your fingers, palms turned away from you.
• Raise your arms so they are level with the top of your head.
• Hold for 15 to 30 seconds.
• Relax your arms.
• Repeat 3 to 5 times.
