Chocolate Chip BISCOTTI

This is a chocolaty variation on the classic recipe. Using chocolate chips and walnuts or pecans is a deliciously rich alternative.

Follow the recipe for Almond Biscotti (here), but replace the almond extract and almonds with the following ingredients:

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

Pinch ground cinnamon
