I wanted this drink to be smooth and to go with everything, so I used golden rum—the same color as my Emmy. We serve the Golden Winner in a Champagne flute to make it more festive.

3 ounces golden rum
2 ounces apricot juice
1 ounce orange juice
Orange peel
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the rum, apricot juice, and orange juice. Cover and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Champagne flute. Garnish with an orange twist.
