Baked Honey Mustard Pork or Chicken

Makes 6 to 8 servings

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9-by-9-inch baking dish with aluminum foil.

2. In a large bowl, combine the mustard, honey, barbeque sauce, salt, lemon juice, curry powder, and sugar, and mix to combine. Add the pork or chicken and rub the sauce into the meat until it is coated.

3. Place the pork or chicken into the prepared baking dish and pour the remaining sauce over the meat.

4. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the juices from the meat run clear when you pierce it with a knife and it reaches an internal temperature of 150°F for pork or 165°F for chicken.

5. Remove from the oven. Let the meat stand for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
