Be a Team Player

Mai Bhago was able to successfully lead forty reluctant and fearful men into battle against the mighty Mughal army. The men must have known that they did not stand much of a chance against Aurangzeb’s forces. And yet, they chose to follow Mai Bhago in battle. How did this happen? The answer is Mai Bhago’s unparalleled leadership, ability to be a team player and inspire the men towards a shared purpose.
