Cream single-fold card 13.5cm × 13.5cm (514in × 514in)

Butterfly stamps

Black ink pad

Decorative edge punch

1. Cut a piece of patterned black card measuring 13cm × 13cm (5in × 5in) and attach to the front of the single-fold card.

2. Cut a piece of plain black card measuring 13cm × 10cm (5in × 4in), and punch along the long edges using the decorative edge punch. Position the punched card in the centre of the front of the card blank using a little double-sided tape to secure it.

3. Cut a wide strip of white patterned paper and machine stitch on top of the punched card strip, making sure that it is centred.

4. Stamp three butterflies onto light coloured patterned paper and carefully cut out. Use small adhesive foam pads to stick the butterfly bodies onto the stitched panel making sure they are evenly spaced. Then lift and shape the wings of the butterflies.
