Insomnia may be the most common sleep complaint, but there are plenty of other sleep disorders that can keep you awake when you’d rather be sleeping. In this part, we look at some other dyssomnias, or disruptors of sleep, including circadian rhythm disorders, snoring, sleep apnea, and an unusual sleep disorder called narcolepsy that causes people to suddenly fall asleep throughout the day.
