You can photocopy the diet diary on the following page and record what you eat each day to help you identify the cause of any adverse reactions. You can also rate how your skin looks at the end of each day, where it says ‘Rate your eczema’, and make notes on any adverse reactions. Rate your skin from 1 to 10: a score of 1 means your eczema is at its worst or covering a large part of your body, a score of 10 means you are eczema-free, and so on.
